a species found in central America. In the wild this
species is found growing in forests as an epiphyte or lithophyte at
elevations below 1,000 metres. The
plant grows upwards on a rhizome or 'trunk' and can reach heights of
60cm. The plant produces pretty pink flowers with yellow centres
a pot with a well draining media, in moderate light, and keep it
slightly moist. This plant grows well in an intermediate greenhouse
and grows well indoors.
