Schoenorchis seidenfadenii is a small vandaceous species from Thailand and Vietnam. This species is found growing as a twig epiphyte in humid and moist valleys at elevations between 500-600 metres. The inflorescences are tiny and bear many flowers that each measure 8mm across.
This is a flowering sized plant. Grow Schoenorchis seidenfadenii warm to intermediate and wet during the summer and cool and drier during the winter and grow it on a mount. A mount can be placed within a pot to give added moisture and avoid it dehydrating. If this plant is grown indoors make sure it gets sufficient air movement; the plant should always be kept in humidity conditions and with reasonable light all year. Never allow the plant to dehydrate completely.
