Dendrobium bullenianum is a species from the Philippines. This species inhabits lowland evergreen forest at elevations under 1,000 metres. The inflorescences measure 5cm, emerge from leafless canes, and bear masses of flowers that each measure 2cm across. The plant usually blooms during the summer.
These plants are flowering size and growing on a mount. Please tell us which you prefer. Grow Dendrobium bullenianum on a mount with a small amount of coarse moss or in a pot with a medium/fine bark media. Flowering is stimulated by light and a difference in day and night temperature. Grow your plant in moderate to bright light, never in direct sunlight during the summer and give it a lot of water while its actively growing. Grow plants in a warm or intermediate greenhouse with night-time temperatures of 15 - 22 degrees and daytime temperatures of 25 to 32 degrees. Plants can be grown indoors in suitable conditions but will only flower if given sufficient light.
