Shipping Policy

Postage and shipping

We can’t ship plants outside the United Kingdom. This is non-negotiable and we are not a plant seller that says they do things legally while acting unethically at the same time (yes, they exist). You will not see our plants offered for sale on platforms or auction sites outside of the United Kingdom.
Following payment, we will send your plants within 14 days unless the weather is too hot or cold.
We will combine shipping costs, please message us if you need excess shipping charges refunded.
Please get in contact with us if you want to suggest an alternative shipping method to those offered.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Orchid Botanics. If for any reason you are not happy with your plants, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and make sure you attach photos of the damaged plant. We will gladly offer a refund or exchange, provided that the plants are returned to us in their original condition and we will refund you any additional postage costs incurred. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for plants that have been damaged due to neglect or improper care. If you have any questions or concerns about the care of your plants, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are always here to help.

Please note that many plants are seasonal and respond to their surroundings, including temperature, lights and watering schedules. During autumn and winter many species go dormant. Subjecting a plant to drier conditions to send it and having it experience darkness for a few days in a box will make it drop some leaves or they may even yellow. Plants will always bounce back but if you find that your new addition doesnt, please give us a call and we will discuss options with you.

If you purchase an orchid from us and when it flowers it looks like a different species than the one you've ordered, give us a call as we will happily discuss options with you.
