Pleurothallis ruscifolia is a species from South and Central America This species inhabits a variety of forest types as an epiphyte or lithophyte at elevations from sea level to 2,000 metres. The inflorescences are short, emerge from the top of the ramicauls and bear 3-6 flowers. The plant blooms from the spring to autumn months.

 

The plant on offer is a flowering sized plant. Grow Pleurothallis ruscifolia in a range of temperatures from warm to cool and on a mount or in a pot. Make sure the plant gets sufficient air movement; always ensure that humidity is sufficiently high and give the plant moderate shade. Never allow the plant to dry. This species grows indoors if you give it good air circulation, lower night temperatures and humidity.
