Dendrochilum pseudowenzelii is from the Philippines. Nothing is known of its habitat or elevation in the wild. Inflorescences measure 10-15cm, and bear 30 small yellow or orange flowers on each inflorescence that each measure about 8mm across. Plants usually bloom from winter to spring. This is an exceptionally rare species with only a few plants existing in Europe.

These are flowering size plants growing in pots. Grow Dendrochilum pseudowenzelii in a pot with a fine bark or moss media, with moderate light, never in direct or bright sunlight and give it a lot of water. We grow our plants sitting in a small amount of water. Plants grow well in an intermediate greenhouse and appreciate night-time temperatures of 11-16 degrees and day temperatures of 22 to 28 degrees. This species likes a distinct difference between day and night temperature.
