Tubers without leaves available now.

Habitat and Location:

Corybas carinatus, a species found in Malaysia, Borneo, Sumatra and Java grows amongst moss on the forest floor, often in very dark areas. I could find no records of it growing as an epiphyte. A species often found on mountains.

Description and Key Features:

Corybas carinatus is one of the more sought after Corybas, with flowers that are just too bizarre to articulate. The leaves are green with no venation and measure 1.5-2.5 cm. The tubers are tiny, 3-5 mm. Flowers are 2-2.5 cm. This plant is meticulously grown in a pot, this flowering-size specimen promises to be a distinctive addition to your greenhouse, terrarium or paludarium.

Care Instructions:

Grow Corybas carinatus in a pot with a cover to maintain high humidity, air circulation is rarely important and is more likely to adversely affect the plant than benefit it. Provide water from the bottom and let the moss soak the water and maintain an intermediate or warm greenhouse/terrarium with night temperatures of 16-22 degrees and daytime temperatures of 22-31 degrees.
